These terms and conditions govern the transaction of purchase and sale of Bushwick products, as well as their registration on the website www.verybushwick.com.

The website www.verybushwick.com is managed by BUSHWICK, LDA, with tax identification number 513432825, headquartered at Rua dos Biscainhos.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

“Bushwick” - the legal person that sells the products on the website www.verybushwick.pt;

“User” – the natural person, who places an order on the website www.verybushwick.pt, with no commercial purpose;

The use of the website www.verybushwick.pt and the purchase of Bushwick products presupposes the User's knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.


To place an order, register in advance by filling out the form in “my account”. It is also possible to place your order without prior registration. However, registration allows your data to be saved for future actions, as well as allowing you to have access to your user history. After completing your registration you have access to your personal account and you can manage your settings, save your favorite items and track your orders.

From the moment you access your personal account, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.


The website www.verybushwick.com is aimed at all users who wish to purchase BUSHWICK products, with no commercial purpose.

The photographs of BUSHWICK products are merely illustrative and may show differences in color or material. Although the images try to be as faithful as possible to the product, they may not exactly reflect some characteristic, so it is essential to consult the details of the details present in each product.

BUSHWICK reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the information, product offer, prices, promotions and terms and conditions of sale on the website www.verybushwick.com


To order from www.verybushwick.com, you must have an e-mail account to register and that the browser you use is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow you to have an optimized experience and access to all conditions of navigability of our online store.

To make your purchase online you need:

Find the product(s) you want to purchase;

Add the selected product(s) to the “Shopping Cart”;

Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into the BUSHWICK database under the terms provided for in the Privacy Policy, including the "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", the "Payment Method", number telephone number and tax identification number (NIF);

Finally, review your order and confirm your order.

The User will receive an order confirmation email with details of the payment method chosen. After validating the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

In the customer area you can get all the details of your purchase.

Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.

By submitting the order form, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.

BUSHWICK reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following areas: The product is not available;

Payment is not made using any of the payment options available at verybushwick.com ; Payment is not confirmed;

Billing information is not correct or verifiable;

There is a price quote error;

Unable to deliver.


Pre-sale is available for a period of 90 days prior to the possibility of delivery of the product. Pre-sale requires payment at time of booking. Deliveries of orders are made as soon as the product is available for sale and do not exclude the conditions mentioned in points 5.3 and 5.4.

Once the pre-sale period ends and the order is confirmed, it is not possible to make changes or exchanges (product, sizes, quantities, etc).

To cancel your pre-purchase you can only do so during the pre-sale period, once the event ends your order cannot be cancelled.

If you want to cancel your order, the refund will be made through the payment method you used.


The prices of the products shown on the verybushwick.com website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and this will be described in the invoice sent to the User.

Prices are all quoted in euros (€).Customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.

The prices of the products shown on the website are subject to change. BUSHWICK reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

If there is any error in the price of the requested products, BUSHWICK or the user may, until the order is dispatched, cancel the order (or error in favor of the customer, BUSHWICK supports, error against the customer, BUSHWICK refunds).

The total price specified at checkout includes country of origin (Portugal) taxes and shipping costs (when applicable).

The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.

All orders are processed in euros (€). If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate applied to debit your bank account will automatically be determined by bank/paypal and not by BUSHWICK.


The User may pay for their purchases through the payment generator Payshop, MBway, Multibanco Reference and Credit Card;

BUSHWICK does not accept any other payment method than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means of payment other than those described above, if so, we cannot be held liable for any damages that may arise.


Shipping costs are quoted according to the destination and some characteristics of the order: PORTUGAL AND SPAIN:

Standard Shipping(between €0.00 and €99.99) - €15.00 Standard Shipping(between €100.00 and €149.99) - €10.00 Free Shipping(over 150.00) - €0 .00


Standard Shipping(between €0.00 and €99.99) - €20.00 Standard Shipping(between €100.00 and €199.99) - €15.00 Standard Shipping (more than €200.00) - € 0.00

Shipping fees will be presented to you as soon as you enter your address and according to the total calculation of the products you intend to purchase.


BUSHWICK sends the product(s) ordered by the User from Monday to Friday and they are shipped 24 working hours after order confirmation.

There is no possibility to schedule the delivery of our products, someone is needed on the spot on the day of delivery to ensure that it is delivered successfully, however our courier always makes a prior contact. In Mainland Portugal and Islands you can also schedule your collection at the CTT Points provided.

If during your order we verify any unavailability of the product, BUSHWICK will inform the User as soon as the unavailability is detected, he may choose another product, wait for the replacement of the unavailable product or be refunded.

If the carrier finds it impossible to complete the delivery on the date indicated, it will contact the User to schedule a new date.

It is up to the User, at the time of delivery, to check if the package has any damage or sign of having been violated and if you check any sign in this regard, you should not accept the order, which will be returned. The situation must be reported through the email info@verybushwick.pt, describing the situation and, whenever possible, attaching a photograph. BUSHWICK will resend another order at no additional cost or cancel it and refund it, depending on what the User wishes.

Delivery is considered completed as soon as the User signs the invoice sent by the carrier.

In cases where delivery is not possible, the carrier will leave a notice at the place of delivery, with the date and time at which it was tried to proceed and the CTT Point where the goods are located and what period the Customer has to proceed to the survey under penalty of being returned to BUSHWICK.

In cases where the customer defines a CTT Point as the delivery address, the merchandise will be deposited there until it is picked up by the Customer.

If the merchandise is not picked up at the CTT Point within the defined period, it will be returned to BUSHWICK.

Delivery is considered completed as soon as the User signs the invoice sent by the carrier.

In cases where delivery is not possible, the carrier will leave a notice at the place of delivery, with the date and time at which it was tried to proceed and the CTT Point where the goods are located and what period the Customer has to proceed to the survey under penalty of being returned to BUSHWICK.

In cases where the customer defines a CTT Point as the delivery address, the goods will be deposited there until it is picked up by the Customer.

If the merchandise is not picked up at the CTT Point within the defined period, it will be returned to BUSHWICK.


The User may terminate his contract up to 14 days after receiving the order provided that:

The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and have no signs of use;

The product(s) are complete and with all the material accompanying the orders, which must also be returned.

The User can exercise his right of Free Resolution by filling out the return form that accompanies the order and submitting it to the email info@verybushwick.pt and placing the return label in a properly sealed package and deliver it to a post office.

The costs of returning the order in exercising the free right of withdrawal are borne by the customer in scenarios in which the company has not charged shipping costs. If there were any shipping costs allocated to the initial order, they will not be refundable, except for a refund justified by a defect or non-conformity of the products shipped.

BUSHWICK proceeds with the refund after receiving the products and confirming their state of conservation which, when intact, gives rise to the refund of the amount paid for the order through the same payment method used, within a maximum period of 10 days.

If the returned items show signs of use, BUSHWICK reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse their refund.


You can cancel your order, as long as you request it through the email info@verybushwick.pt before shipping.

Orders canceled before shipment are refundable for both the value of the order and the shipping costs allocated to it, since the shipment is not carried out.

Orders canceled after dispatch are subject to the conditions in point 10 of the Right of Free Resolution. BUSHWICK does not support shipping costs for product exchanges that may be the responsibility of the customer. Defective or non-conforming products to the order do not generate any shipping costs for the User.

The User, upon improperly receiving a BUSHWICK product, with a defect or other non-conformity, may choose to replace the product or terminate the contract. As soon as the User finds a defect or other non-conformity, he/she must communicate through the e-mail info@verybushwick.pt describing the defect or non-conformity of the product and, whenever possible, attaching supporting images.

Upon receipt of the email, we will contact the User to proceed with the replacement of the product or termination of the contract.


BUSHWICK does not sell second-hand, defective or raw materials other than those described in the details of each product.

Although BUSHWICK tries to be as faithful as possible when illustrating its products, the images may present variations in color and texture depending on the monitors in question. As such, we always advise you to consult the details of each product. Any extra information you need to clarify, you can contact us at info@verybushwick.pt so that we can help you.


BUSHWICK truly cares about customer feedback. As such, any complaint/sugges- tion for improvement/need for support that you may need, let us know through the email info@verybushwick.pt and we undertake to contact you within a maximum period of 5 working days after receiving the email.


BUSHWICK products benefit from the guarantee provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.


Bushwick does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.verybushwick.pt, or any of its features, and may be suspended for maintenance, repair or updates.

BUSHWICK shall not assume, likewise, any responsibility for any damages arising, directly or indirectly, from force majeure situations that prevent BUSHWICK in any way from fulfilling its obligations, namely, strikes, failures in the electrical network, in the telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.

BUSHWICK is not responsible for any misuse of the User's access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable - it protects them.


BUSHWICK reserves the right to change, at any time, these General Terms and Conditions, you should consult them regularly in this area, using the website www.verybushwick.pt presupposes your acceptance.


Please read our Privacy Policy carefully and be aware of the rules and procedures we adopt to protect your personal data when you browse our website, as well as the security and confidentiality measures.


Computer records are securely stored so that they can serve as proof of communications, orders and payments that occur between BUSHWICK and the Users.
