Can I return my purchase online?
Yes, you can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it, as long as the products keep their original characteristics and no signs of use. To make a return you just have to:
Download and complete the Online Return Form and send it to info@verybushwick.com with the order number identification in the subject of the email. If payment for the order has been made through the MBway service or ATM references, you must mention, in the same email, the Iban to which you want the transfer of the refund amount to be made. (In case the payment was made by Visa, the refund of the returned items is made in the same payment method chosen for the purchase after receipt and verification of the returned product's conformity.)
Then you just have to ship to Bushwick | Rua Cruz de Pedra n 211, 4700-219 Braga .
Shipping costs are not refundable in cases where shipping costs were applied.
If returned items show signs of use, BUSHWICK reserves the right not to accept returns and refuse refunds.

I have already filled out and submitted the online return form and would like to modify it, how can I do it?
Simply download a new Online Return Form and fill in according to the changes you want to modify. Then send it back to us. We will take into account the last form received.
Can I return several different orders in the same shipment?
Yes you can. For this you must fill in a form by order and attach to the email you are going to send us, in the title put the order numbers in question.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
If your product has a defect, please do not hesitate to let us know. Just follow these steps:
Send an email to info@verybushwick.com:
Subject of the email: ”Complaint #1001” (after the cardinal, put your order number). Attached: 2 or 3 clear photographs that clearly show the problem encountered with the product. Email text: describe in detail the problem encountered.
Send your product to Bushwick | Rua Cruz de Pedra n 211, 4700-219 Braga .
Your product will be analyzed in the laboratory and we will proceed with the replacement.
This process takes about 7 working days.
